Parking:  Off street parking is available on Ocoee St, Church St or any of the side streets closest to the office. 

Waiting Areas: If you arrive early for your appointment, there are several options available for you. Close to the building, there are two coffee shops: Cleveland Coffee and Market and Lasaters downtown location. Either of these spots provide a great place to relax and prepare for your counseling session. Additionally, there's a waiting room on the first floor as you enter Via's office location. 

Telehealth:  Via provides telehealth sessions for a range of counseling needs. In your initial consultation, you'll have the chance to express your preference for meeting either in person or virtually.
